Transphobia part 2

This storyboard does not have a description.
Later that day, I asked Jeanette to tell me more about her mother and father.
"When my dad was born, " said Jeanette, "he looked like a girl. Everyone expected him to feel like a girl, too, but he didn't. My dad realized that he was actually meant to be a boy."
"When my parents decided to start a family, they had to adopt a child because my dad wasn't born with the biological parts of a man and couldn't make my mom pregnant."
"We live in a house in the same neighborhood as you and now I go to the same school as you, Emily."
I realized that Jeanette's family actually looked a lot like my family, and just because her dad is transgender and her mother is not doesn't mean that her family is better or worse than mine.
