  • The husband of Boudica, Prasutagus, died and split his land with the Romans and his family. ,
  • we are sad
  • The Romans didn't listen to Prasutagus and took the territory, Boudicca was flogged and her daughters raped, Seneca called in a massive loan, the Governor Gaius Suetonius Paulinus was off fighting
  • Screw Prasutagus, the Iceni lands are ours!!
  • They destroyed Camulodunum, a Trinovantian capital, the entire city was destroyed along with the retired soldiers, but the procurator Catus Decianus only sent 200 auxiliary troops
  • A future governor Quintus Petillius Cerialis led a legion to destroy her. Skulls found in Walbrook river are probably victims of the attack. Verulamium (St Albans) was also destroyed
  • Dio said that the noble women were impaled on spikes and had their breasts cut off. The governor called on 10000 men from several legions. Boudica supposedly had 230000. Tacitus said that she was simply a noble woman avenging her daughters.
  • In an unknown battle Boudica was forced into a narrow field , so her chariots couldn't attack. The Romans forced them back and destroyed the Britons as well as the Britons families who were on the side of the battle. Tacitus says Boudicca died from laziness, Dio says she fell sick and died
