Alexander the Great Conquers Ancient Egypt - Johanna Deato
Honestly, as long as there will be no issues with his leadership, there should be no reason for concern. I myself am not very worried.
332 BC - Alexander III of Macedon (Alexander the Great) conquered Egypt with minimal resistance from the Persians.
Did you hear about the conquering of Alexander the Great? Aren't you worried about what he will do?
Alexander the Great discovered a Greek city, named it Alexandria, and dubbed it the capital of Ancient Egypt.
So, how is it here, sir Alexander?
Good. I'm naming a Greek city that I found Alexandria, it'll be the capital. You know - because it's my name. I love my name.
Alexander gained the favor of the Egyptians by the respect he showed to their religion.
Do what you will with your religion.
Thank you, sir.
I, simply put, conquered Egypt for their wealth in order to harness the rest of the Persian Empire.
Alexander overtook Egypt to use its riches to help with his conquests with the rest of the Persian Empire.
The End.
What?
dude.
