Storyboard Text

  • Paris abducts HelenThis started the Trojan War.
  • Paris and Helen eloped from Sparta to Troy. The King of Sparta, Menelaus was angry and asked helped from other Greek Kings.
  • Achilles argues to Agamemnon to let Chreysis go, Agamemnon was angry that he had to give up this girl. So in response, he took Achilles girl, Briseis. As a result, Achilles withdrew from battle.
  • Patroclus disguised in the armor of the great Greek hero Achilles. Patroclus is killed by the warrior Hector, fulfilling a prophecy made by the god Zeus.
  • Achilles met Hector in single combat and killed him. Then, in his madness and grief over Patroclus, Achilles dishonored the Trojan hero's body by dragging it around the ground tied to his chariot by a belt. This belt had been given Hector by the Achaean hero Ajax in exchange for a sword.
  • Achilles dragged Hector's corpse in his chariot all the way to the Greek Camp.
