Sean (Financial Analyst) looking at month end actuals
It is import that Sean is alerted as soon as the data becomes available in Symphony so that he can begin his analysis

The system will require adequate security as it holds sensitive financial data. Therefore Sean must log in.
Excellent, its great to have this available so quickly after month end. Lets log in and see how my projects are doing against their budgets this month.
The dashboard is the first thing Sean will see after logging in. It will give Sean an overview of each project in his portfolio including.
Ok, lets look at the dashboard view to see if any of the projects in my portfolio are in Red or Amber this month. Then I can drill down and focus on the ones that need attention.
Each Business partner will only see their own portfolio of projects
This dashboard really gives me a good view of what stage in the lifecycle each project is at and what status it had compared to last month. Also the overall project budget so that I can focus on the higher budget projects first.
Ok, I can see that 2 studies in my portfolio are showing red and one is amber and the others are all in green. Not too bad ! Now I know where I need to focus my attention.
It is only a week since the month end processing completed and Sean can go straight to the projects in trouble.
Ok lets drill into more detail. Lets click on study 591062 for client x as that has been red for the past two months. I can click on it to bring me into the detailed project view.
