  • Wes is sprinting at the boy with his mother's knife only thinking of the message he was gonna send. "Wes was now in a full sprint, clearing the five steps of his front porch in one leap..." (OWM, 34)
  • What if Woody got through to Wes or Wes calmed down enough to hear Woody he could've stopped himself and played it off. "Before Woody could tell Wes that the police were out back..." (OWM, 34)
  • This greatly changes Wes' future with self-control. Woody or Wes could've seen how bad his actions could've been just by showing some restraint.
