  • What do you know about the American, French, and Russian Revolutions.?
  • The French had Absolute monarchy which all power is by the king.  The American was Absentee with shared power. And Russia has Autocracy where the government is ruled by one who holds the power.
  • The French and Russian both had a weak government which quickly led to events going out of control.
  • The French Revolution didn't solve class inequalities but it led to emergence of the middle class.
  • Both the American and French wanted equality before the law.
  • The American did all they could to take down the monarchy and began the end of monarchy.
  • The Russian Revolution ended monarchy in Russia and took Russia out of WWI.
  • The French government was unable to balance incomes and expenses.
  • All revolutions had a goal of getting independence.
  • The Russian Revolution generated a new way of thinking about economy, society, and the government.
  • Russia and France both suffered from economical bankruptcy which brought harsh conditions to the poor.
