As I was walking to town I overheard a police man telling another man that he needed to search his home. I know that this is isn't allowed because the fourth amendment states that the man needs to give the officer permission to search his home.
My stroll into town took me into the court room. I love it here. I want to be a Judge when I grow up. I remember one time I saw a crazy case where the judge told the accused he need to testify against himself. The accused then spoke back to the judge and said he didn't have to because of the 5th amendment which states you don't have to testify against yourself if you're accused of comitting a crime.
