From this, we can see that we all perceive stress differently. What is stressful to you might not be stressful to me. This also means that we all manage stress differently. What are some strategies that you currently use to manage stress?
I like to watch TV
I like to crochet and do some self care like paint my nails!

I like to sleep and play a lot of video games when I'm stressed I guess.
I think they are unhealthy because I isolate myself. Doing them makes me feel lonely and sad but sometimes I enjoy them. I think I would like to try meditation to help clear my mind and maybe writing to get my thoughts out.
