Lets test elastic force by slingshotting the computer into the air! Wait, what's elastic force?
^Slingshot^
Elastic Force is a force in which something is able to be bent or stretched and return back to its original form. The slingshot is our elastic force for this experiment.
Woah! What other things are their in this experiment?
Look, there is also gravity taking place here. As the computer falls to the ground gravity is pulling on the computer which is what is causing it to fall!
Wait? When the pieces fell, why didn't they slide across the grass?
Well, it's a force called friction! Friction is a force where two surfaces act on each other. When the computer pieces hit the ground, the friction between it and the ground, make it stop moving.
Wow! Why is that attracting the pieces of the computer?
Magnetic force! It is a force that attracts metal. As you can see all the metal pieces from the computer are being pulled towards the magnet because of the strong force.
So overall through our experiment we have concluded that the four forces gravity, friction, elastic force and magnetism can be found in everyday things as simple as a computer.
