  • Beowulf faces the Firedrake

  • "Wrawr!!!"
  • "In the name of the Geats, I will slay you!"
  • Beowulf confronts the Fire Drake in his lair.
  • "Prepare to fight Worm."
  • As our hero charges onward, the Firedrake's fire breath burns his shield.
  • "Wrawr!"
  • "You may have burned my sheild, but my sword stands tall!"
  • Though without his shield, he still presses on, slicing at the Firedrake.
  • "His scales are to strong, my sword could not penetrate them."
  • Hiss..
  • However, his infallible sword does no good against the scales of the beast.
  • "Very well, you put up a good fight, I yield."
  • Realizing there is no hope, the mighty Beowulf yeilds to the one creature he couldn't beat.
