This public service announcement is made for an online school assignment, it is targetted toward teenagers, young adults, and those who often use the internet for communication. We often don't treat those on the internet as humans, and this story board adresses that issue. If we are to treat those online more like humans and not just the machines we are using, we can help stop cyber-bullying. If we don't stop this people getting cyber-bullied may disconnect from society, or even taking their own life.
Today, we have many things that help us in our day to day lives, such as technology. Computers like this one can be both a great and a horrible thing.
Often we use our devices to access social media and talk to others, but due to not seeing the person face to face, we treat them less like a human and some cyberbully others without thinking of the consequences.
Although the cyberbully may not have realized how harsh they were being, it can often lead to the one being bullied to take what they said personally, even harming themselves because of it. We need to stop this and give an effort to treat those on the internet as humans as well.
