  • I have two people talking about the Mayor and sending him a letter. This represents the first amendment because you can petition the government.
  • I agree, let's write him a letter.
  • 1st amendment
  • I don't like how the mayor is doing.
  • 2nd amendment 
  • I have a guy buying a gun. his represents the 2nd amendment because you have the right to use and buy guns. 
  • Yeah, that will be $600.
  • Can I buy this?
  • I have a soldier asking a homeowner to stay at her house. This represents the 3rd amendment because soldiers are not allowed to stay at peoples houses
  • Can I stay here for 2 weeks?
  • Umm....... NO
  • 3rd amendment 
  • 4th amendment
  • I have a police officer asking to search a mans house. This represents the 4th amendment because you need a warrant to search someones house.
  • Sir, i'm going to have to search your house
  • Do you have a search warrant?
  • I have a robber trying to steal the lady's property.  This represents the 5th amendment because you are not allowed to take someones life, liberty, or property.
  • Give me that back, you know you cant take my property.

  • 6th amendment
  • I have a defendant timing the trial. This represents the 6th amendment because you have the right to a speedy trial.
  • You have 30 minutes
  • Trial for Linda's gum stealing.
