Hellen is rushing out the door on her way to work when she realizes that she hasn't had her morning coffee yet. She doesn't have time to make some at home so she must choose from one of the shops on her walk to the office. (11)
This is perfect! I'm exactly 10 minutes away from the shop!
She starts to debate where she wants to go. Time is a huge factor as she cannot be late to work, but she is also not a fan of the taste of the coffee found at most chain coffee stores.
She then remembers that her favorite local coffee shop, Himalayan Java, has just released its new mobile ordering app. She logs onto the app and begins her order while commuting. (10)
While commuting, Hellen finishes her order and the app informs her that her coffee will be ready for pick-up in 10 minutes.
Hellen arrives at Himalayan Java right as her coffee is ready for pickup. She notices how many people are waiting in line to order and realizes that she would not have been able to get her coffee from here and still made it to work on time if it wasn't for the new mobile ordering app.
Happily, she skips the line and goes inside to find her coffee waiting for her. As she pre-paid through the app she grabs her coffee and heads to the office. Because the pick-up was so fast she is actually going to be early for work!
