Jessica grew up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour at age 6. She lived happily with her Parents and three siblings. Her family was very active in the church and loved the people there. Life was sometimes hard financially, but God always took care of them and blessed them in many ways.
Jessica’s father was not very well and five years later he went home to be with the Lord. Jessica was only 11 and was very sad, but God was her Heavenly Father and He continued to take care of the family and helped them to heal from this loss by drawing them closer to Him.
Beloved Husband andFather
Jessica continued to grow up. She loved the Lord, her family, and her friends. She also loved to play basketball, but when she was sixteen she was badly injured while playing. After she received treatment for a head and neck injury, everything seemed to be healing well. However, despite this apparent recovery, Jessica was still having pain.
The doctors tried to help her, but they did not know why she was still having pain after treatment for the injury. As the pain continued, Jessica started having other health problems. Two years passed with no answers. Because of the pain and illness, Jessica missed a lot of school and had to withdraw her senior year.
I'm sorry, we don't know what's wrong with you
I'm going to get better?
God was faithful to Jessica throughout those years, but life was very hard. No one could see what the problem was. Finally, God used other people to direct Jessica to the right doctor and was finally able to get answers. She received treatment and was able to return to school in time to graduate with her class.
Jessica had a long road to be fully recovered, but God walked with her every step of the way and led her to become the person she is today. She was even able to go to college and has high hopes for the future that God has in store for her.
