Storyboard Text

  • Why yes Aly. We are going to the place where our mind and soul opens. They will be  enlightened and our mind cleaned of the toxins that we have situated in it. Where our person learns what it is to be peaceful and have fun. It's going to be a blast!
  • Mom, can you tell me where we are going today?
  • Huh?!? Can you simplify that explanation and make it easier to understand in English please.
  • We're going to Jane's knitting club!
  • OH WOW. I couldn't be more excited. Especially since Jane is very vocal in her speeches about the benefits of knitting.
  • I don't appreciate your tone. You should transmit more enthusiasm for the club. Otherwise you're going to come across as an average teenager that doesn't care about these things.
  • In the library of their house...
  • We better get going. I enjoy the knitting and want to fortify my knitting skills as much as I can before the national knitting contest begins next month.  My knitting skills need to be at their maximum strength.
  • Ugh whatever, But why do we have to walk to Jane's house? I am still tired from descending the stairs. It's too much work.
  • Aly hopes to not hear the place she thinks her mom will say. She doesn't enjoy going there.
  • Yeah, it's like a church congregation. Knitting is their religion. Everyone worships the knitting. Do you remember the time Ms.Perri stayed at Jane's house for seven hours knitting thirty sweaters? She said it was because the knit was calling.
  • It is so great that Jane allows our group to congregate at her house. We have so much fun!
  • Aly has never enjoyed knitting club. Her mom has attempted to convince her to enjoy it but it never works.
  • How dare those two show up late. They should require a visit to the devil down below.
  • No problem. We must transgress the boundaries set in our society to believe knitting isn't amazing. The good news is that today we're going to knit pencil covers! What a blast!
  • Sure sounds like a blast :(
  • Once downstairs...
  • Walking to Jane's house..
  • At Jane's house...
  • I apologize for arriving late Jane. I can be a strong advocate for knitting sometimes and got wound up talking about it to Aly for awhile.
