Bethany if you put your left foot on the purple rock next to you, you will be able to reach the red rock above you easier
Okay, thanks Jess
At rock climbing one responsible behaviour that I demonstrated was supporting and assisting others. Meaning that I encouraged teamwork to help support my peers
Thank you Jess for helping me, it made me feel safer and like I could climb so much more.
At rock climbing I demonstrated asssisting and supporting others when I was talking to Bethany as she was climbing the wall. I did this by telling her places that she could place her hands and feet so that she could make it up the wall easier when she couldn't see where would be best to put her feet.
I did this because I could see that she was struggling to find somewhere to push herself upwards from she had been stuck in the same place for a while now. Assisting her also helped her to climb up further.
This affected Bethany's emotional wellbeing as it helped her to stop worrying and relax a little bit as she knew that she wasn't stuck and she did have someone at the bottom of the wall to help her if she felt stuck again. This made her feel safe and calmer to keep climbing the wall.
