- I am choosing not to swear him in, the lady that is prosecuting him is not here, and I am not going to have anyone record it.

- I sentence Gerald to juvenile detention until he turns 21.

- I am Gerald's lawyer and I believe that Gerald's 14th amendment rights were deprived without due process in the Arizona state court system.

- In the end, the Court's ruling does not mean that states can't make special rules for juveniles who break the law and treat them differently from adults. But it does mean that they can't deny kids basic protections if the Constitution.
