What is one purpose you know about being a bank teller?
I have been a client for your bank for five years, I believe that gives me an advantage because I know what your clients are looking for in a teller.
Why did you chose American Express Bank?
When conversing with a client, you can get a feel of their wants and needs. I would reccommend a plan and system with American Express to best fit their lifestyle.
How would you convince a customer to become a client of this bank?
If a customer comes in and says we've wrongly charged her a fee, but you see her account is overdrawn, how do you handle this situation?
We take a look into client's account and both see and aware her of her overdrawn account.
I can use my skills and knowledge to improve this position and best benefit this bank in the best way possible.
