  • Tybalt provokes Romeo by knowing him as a villain. Romeo disagrees with this which causes Tybalt to attempt to start a fight.
  • Thou art a villain.
  • Villain I am none.
  • Mercutio trys to get Tybalt into a fight.
  • I am for you.
  • Tybalt, you rat-catcher, will you walk.
  • Romeo steps between Mercutio and Tybalt trying to stop the violence.
  • Please Stop!
  • Mercutio is stabbed by Tybalt under Romeo's arm as Mercutio sets a spell on the Capulets and Montagues.
  • You cannot be that hurt.
  • a plague o'both your houses.
  • Tybalt flees as Romeo blames himself for the death of Mercutio and feels the need for revenge.
  • This is all my fault.
  • Romeo kills Tybalt in revenge for Mercutio. Romeo instantly regrets his actions.
