  • Should my students learn Coding?
  • In a growing digital world it is important to provide stupdents with the necessary tools to become successful. The video mentioned that there are two types of people in this technological society the ones who could alter their reality by manipulating the structures of the world around them and those that are designed and directed by those that can. As a teacher I would want my students to be able to manipulate the world around them. Yes, my students should learn coding because it would help them advance in this growing technological world.
  • Should I learn to code?
  • In order to guarantee that my students would be able to succeed in a technological society, I should know what it's needed to succeed. One of the most basic things to learn is coding, knowing how to code would give me a better understanding on what students would need to learn. I would be able to construct lessons that would encourage students to code. Find resources that would be easy and efficient for coding. Knowing how to code would give me the opportunity to understand the difficulties and easy parts of coding, so if a student gets stuck I would be able to help them find a solution.
