Storyboard Text

  • UGH! What's taking them so long? I've been here for 20 minutes
  • Sorry boss man. Couldn't find my apron
  • YOU CANNOT JUST COME INTO WORK DRESSED LIKE THAT, THERE ARE RULES!
  • ok
  • There's an apron in here somewhere. While I look, you review the basic kitchen safety guidelines
  • hmmm. interesting
  • to prevent falls, I should make sure my shoes are secured to my feet. I don't even have shoes
  • to prevent fires, i should always keep towels away from heating elements such as ovens and microwaves
  • It says here that i should keep knives sharp to prevent cuts. And that I should wash them immediately after cutting raw food
  • It also says that I should always use oven mits and that spills should be cleaned up immediately  so i don't slip or burn my hands
  • Why's that boss man?
  • Because if a knife is dull it could slip on the food you're cutting and cut you. And if  you are cutting raw meat and then start cutting onions without washing the knife, then the bacteria from the meat gets on the onions.
  • AND YOU DEFINITELY CAN'T COME HERE IN A BATHING SUIT! If your clothes have bacteria on them, it could easily get onto the food, and make people sick as well
  • It could make people very sick and could even put them in a hospital
