Storyboard Text

  • 1. Sorry to wake you child. I just wanted to make sure you were alright. Everything is OK, go back to sleep.
  • 3. I will return don't fret. I am just going to investigate the land. Would you like to join me?
  • 4. Yes dad I would.
  • 2. Where are you going father? Why are you leaving?
  • 1. We need to cross over these mountains and fast. I forgot what month it was and winter is coming and we are running low on food supplies.
  • 2. Let us move then, we need to find more supplies soon or we will surely not make it through the winter.
  • 1. Wait there while I investigate their camp sight, I don't have much time, they just left the truck is still warm. I'm not sure if the people from the truck have left for good or are coming back. They scavenged the supplies we had left from the shopping cart! We need to leave, they're cannibals and could be coming back as we speak. We will go back to the bridge for the night.
  • They stole all of our stuff, we have nothing to eat in the winter now, nor any fresh clothes! How will we survive?
  • 2. We need to leave right now son this is disgusting and something you don't need to see!
  • 3. But why what is so bad? It reeks, I can smell whatever it is from here...
  • I should have listened to you son and never picked the lock guarding the door.
  • 1. What's in the barn dad?
  • 1.My son... We are saved! In this bunker theres a vast amount of untouched food and utensils! We will stay here for the night, eat and bathe in the morning then we will leave.
  • 3.Son, I don't have much time left with you, I'd hate to end the joy you have for this strike of luck to find fresh food but I am at the end of my life, I've been ill for months and I could leave you and this Earth at any time.
  • 2. Thank you lord for giving us another chance to live in this ash filled apocalypse. I also say thank you to whoever left these supplies behind, you saved my life.
  • 4. Dad, why didn't you tell me this sooner.
  • 1. My son, you have come so far and grown so much an I am proud of you. But it is my time to leave this Earth and move onto the next life with your mother. Make it to the coast of the ocean, there will be another family to take care of you, I love you so much but everyone has to go at some point and it's my turn. Survive through this apocalypse and make it to a better life. I love you.
  • 2. Dad don't leave, you're all I have left I can't lose you! I love you so much dad, you've protected me through this whole thing and I never even got the chance to thank you properly, now you have to die. I don't want to golive with the other family I want you.
