  • The eye... yes it was. This is why I feel unpleasant. i must do something
  • Such a good person 
  • I must plan in such a way that the old man does not get suspicious, I KNOW... I will watch him for a week and plan in that time.

  • WHY?!?!? You are such a good man. AHHHH!!!!
  • Exposition- The narrator is in the old man's house and take care of him, but is disgusted by the derision eye and wants to get rid of it.
  • Hello, sir! We have a superstitious report of yelling from this house is everything ok??
  • Oh yes officer, everything is ok it was just me yelling I had injured my self badly, but I am ok now.
  • Rising Action- And so it was the narrator was determined to kill the old man to get rid of the eye. So he watches the old man with sagacity for a week until he is ready for the attack.
  • Hearken, officer I have killed the old man. Now please arrest me before I turn mental form the beating heart.
  • Climax- The narrator vehemently murders the old man to get rid of the eye.
  • Falling Action- The narrator hides the body of the old man is a discreet place in the room. The police show up because they heard a report of yelling. 
  • Thud... Thud... Thud...
  • Resolution- After hearing somewhat of a beating heart, the narrator goes mad and he loses it. He confesses to the police that he murdered the old man.
  • Thud... Thud... Thud...
