After World War Two, Georgia stayed a very agricultural state but it also brought different technologies to Georgia, that would help farmers bring in money to their families. Different fabrics were introduced to Georgia like Rayon and Nylon.
How was your day at the farm?
Well, today the boss says we will be planting new types of plants, so the the factory workers can make new fabrics.
Cotton production started to die down and other plants began to rise in production such as peanuts, corn and soybeans.
We've also been planting new things like peanuts, soybeans and corn. Maybe when they are done growing I can bring some home and make some stew.
