  • Parent's houses
  • Langston sat lonely as his grandmother slept in silence. He was hoping for equality so his parents could of spent more time together, maybe they wouldn't of gotten divorced. He had been born on February 1, 1902.
  • Ship; Africa and Europe
  • White people were sitting in the front of the class, obstructing Langston's view.
  • The Harlem Renessiance
  • His parent had been divorced. His dad was in Mexico living a better life. His mom trying to have an acting career and has gotten remarried. Langston studied.
  • Harlem
  • Langston worked on a ship, serving as a cook and dishwasher. This is where his money for college came from.
  • Langston and a group of black artists teamed up to end segregation.
  • The U.S.A then became a country that was free from segregation, Langston sat peacefully. He was almost 65 years old, with cancer, he would soon pass away on May 22, 1967.
