  • What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of what is happening in your mind and not letting that affect what is happening in the real world.
  • There are many benefits to being mindful.
  • Such as being mindful during a test and using breathing practices that can get rid of anxiety and lower your heart rate.
  • Another way to be mindful is through the words your say. Mindful speaking is speaking from your heart and listening with your heart.
  • Before you speak THINK! T-is it true? H-is it helpful? I-is it inspiring? N-is it necessary? K-is it kind?
  • Another way to be mindful is being mindful with technology. Be aware of the effects that technology can have on your brain, be the boss of your technology don't let it control you.
  • So to conclude mindfulness can be used everywhere, during tests, while speaking and when you are using technology. Mindfulness is a superpower and we can use it all the time.
