Storyboard Text

  • I continued to have to make these decisions. At school during lunch I would see my hockey friends sitting together and they’d invite me over, and I’d leave my other friends to go sit with them.
  • Jake! Come here!
  • Jake! Come here!
  • I found myself jumping around all the time during lunch talking to different “groups,” and never knew how long to stay with one group and many days would rather just hang with one, but felt obligated to talk to both.
  • Jake you coming?
  • Every weekend I would be invited to hang out with both of the “groups,” and was always trying to find excuses to hang with one over the other, or frantically looking for a ride so I could hang with both.
  • Wanna hang this weekend?
  • Wanna hang this weekend?
  • I still face this problem all the time today, whether it be during lunch or outside of school on the weekends. It constantly stresses me out and is exhausting, but I like to hang out with both groups, and don’t want to favor one over the other.
  • What's more important?
