  • Brain was having trouble living in the woods. He had spent almost 1 months in the woods. But winter was coming. And know Brain has to prepare for winter. Because if not he will not survive. He killed a whole bunch of rabbits. And know created more powerful arrows.
  • Falling Action
  • Brain has been facing more and more problems. He set a bear but keeps his distant and tries to avoid it. By luck he does but now winter is very close and Brain is trying to collect as many things as he can.
  • Conflict And Theme
  • Brain found left over deer from a pack of wolfs. He keeps it, and a skunk comes along. The skunk is his friend, as long as Brain feed his. Then the worst fear Brain has the bear returns hungry for food. He throws Brain around all for the food. Brain gets hurt and can not longer protect himself. Then his lovely skunk friend comes along and sprays the bear. The bear leaves and Brain is safe.
  • Resolution
  • Winter had finally came. It didn't snow as much at first. Brain s almost out of food and then decides to go find more. Mainly because the left overs from the wolf is almost all gone.This is where Brain bumps into a Moose. Brain hits it but the moose attacks. It hits Brain and Brain knocks out. But when he wakes up the Moose is dead. Brain spend the whole day bringing the moose back to camp.
  • By a few weeks Brain is almost finished with the moose. Brain ha not been having that much of a hard time. Other than trees popping. Brain created a lot of things to help him out. Like snowshoes. Then Brain finds a deer. When he shot it with an arrow it died peacefully. Brain felt bad but then thought he had to. And was very grateful. But while eating felt bad. With everything he killed. He missed his family. He thought about them all day.
  • By the end of the book Brain had heard guns. He thought it was the trees. But it was to warm for that. So Brain decided to got out and see what it was. He followed the trails. He thought he say wolves but they weren't. Brain had became afraid of wolves ever since he saw them kill a deer in front of his face. But they were dogs. And it was a cabin. There was a family their who helped Brain for 3 weeks. Then a plane came with supplies and Brain left. Brain was kind of sad to leave but exited to see his family. He spent 54 days there.
