Perseus lives in an island with his mom Danae and with Dictys, a fisherman that helped him and her mom
But one day Polydectes, the prince of the Island see Danae, and falls in love with her but he wants just to marry Danae, he doesn't want Perseus, so he tells Perseus to get Medusa's head (A Gorgon) hoping Perseus would die in the try.
Call to adventure
I would rather have the head of one of them than anything else in the world.
Refusal of the call
It seemed that Perseus had been driven by his angry pride to do meaningless activity because no man without help could kill Medusa.
Will I survive?
Meeting the mentor
On the way to adventure, Perseus finds Hermes and Athena, his mentors who give him some advice to be prepared, followed by this they give him an unbreakable sword and a shield.
This is going to help you destroy Medusa
Crossing the threshold
In order to go to the Gorgons, Perseus needs to go for the nymphs, and to go to the nymphs he needs to go for the Gray women, he finds them looking at the light like birds because their bodies are like a swan, human heads and under their arms they have wings, and when he sees that they don't have their eye, he take it and obligate them to tell him where the nymphs are.
