While the British were chasing them the Americans had time to re-group, Washington sent Benedict Arnold and Cornial Danial Morgan and other people to help the Rebel led by Horatio Gates. Red Coats attakked . On October 7, the Bitish attaked but couldn't win. Days later they surrendered.
