  • Can you raise one of your arms for me?
  • He can only raise one arm...

  • He is definitely experiencing a stroke. Call 911 and tell them the signs started at 8:24 
  • This individual was experiencing a sudden hemorrhagic stroke, which takes place when a blood vessel in one's brain erupts and blood gets into the tissue of the brain. The other type of stroke is an ischemic stroke, in which there is a blockage in the blood vessel leading to the brain. If you witness someone experiencing a stroke, think FAST (Face, Arms, Speech, and Time).
