Hey my name is Farmer Joe, let's go through the process of crop fertilization
The main ingredients in most popular fertilisers are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. The main elements for plant growth.
Once fertilizers are sprayed, the nutrients move from the soil to the surface of the plant roots, then cross from the outside to the inside of the plant roots, the nutrients get inside the plant and move upward to the leaves and developing vegetable.
Plant food rises from the roots to the leaves. During the day, the sap goes up in the leaves. At night, the sap goes up thanks to the accumulation of salts and minerals at the root level. This up going circulation to every cell brings in the metabolites that feed the plant.
The nutritive elements will be delivered to and absorbed by the plant cells.
The nutritive elements in fertilizers provide the plants with the elements needed to promote plant growth. Thanks for reading!
