Banquo you shall not be King, but your kids will.
Macbeth you will soon be king, you are now Thane of Cawdor.
ACT I SCENE IV
I promise to award you with more honors, I am naming my son Malcolm as heir of the throne.
ACT I SCENE V
Macbeth and Banquo walk upon the three witches, they say that Macbeth shall be King, and that Banquo's sons will be King.
Macbeth and Banquo enter and are thanked by King Duncan for their loyalty and service. Her promises to reward them with more honors. Duncan then names his son Malcolm heir to the throne. As an honor to Macbeth, Duncan invites himself to the court of Macbehts castle, Macbeth quickly leaves, but he is upset that Malcolm has been named heir.
