  • The Seven Years' War was happening all over the world in Europe, the Americas, West Africa, India, and the Philippines.
  • The Seven Years' War was a war over the dispute of land in the Americas but also to recover land for the Austrians from Prussia.
  • The definition of a world war is said to be a war that embarks several continents and/or different powers participating in that war at that time.
  • So to call the Seven Years' War a world war would be logical since it does consist of the powers and embarks over several coutries.
