At the start of the scene, Claudio, Leonato and Don Pedro are about to trick Benedick into making him think that Beatrice loves him. Before this happens Balthasar has played a peice of music to everyone.
"hath she made her affection known to Benedick"
In this part of the scene Benedick has just overheard that Beatrice is in love with him and he is very shocked.
"Let us send her to call him in to dinner"
In this part of the scene Claudio starts shouting out and expressing how much Beatrice loves him. They know Benedick is there but they don't want him to know that they know where Benedick is hiding.
"this can be no trick"
In this part of the scene, Claudio, Don Pedro and Leonato are laughing about their trick to Benedick. Benedick is still very shocked about what has has been hearing.
In this part of the scene, the guys leave giggling way talking about getting Beatrice to send Benedick to dinner and see what happens.
In the final part of the scene, Benedick speaks out his thoughts ( called a soliloquy) about Beatrice loving him until she comes and askes him to dinner.
