I don't want to leave Berlin. All of my friends will be here!
I don't like it here, can we go home?
Do they even bathe? Where are all the women? Why are they wearing the same clothes?
Hi, I'm Shmuel, and this is what I wear.
Bruno is upset because his family has to move out of Berlin. The maid, Maria is packing his clothes, so that they can go to their new home so Bruno's father can work.
I'm Bruno, this is what my dad wears.
Bruno and his family arrive at "Out-with", aka Auschwitz. His mother continues to try to convince him to enjoy his home.
Bruno and his sister Gretel look outside her window and see the Jewish prisoners at the concentration camp behind their backyard. They theorize on why and how they are there, and what they do.
Bruno meets Shmuel, a Jew at Auschwitz, and his dad has gone missing.
After becoming close friends for over a year, Bruno sneaks into Auschwitz to help Shmuel look for his dad. Unfortunately, he arrived when all the Jews were being rounded up to be gassed. They both perished.
Before moving back to Berlin, Bruno's family finds out what happened after finding his clothes under the fence. After extended search from the SS officers, Bruno is pronounced dead as his body isn't found. He is in the chamber, oh if they ever knew.
