The rainforest is home to many plants and animals. Its animal and vegetation population is very wide and vast with many of different species.
Rain forest are located in Southeast Asia, Pacific islands, West Africa, Pacific coast, and there are some in North America. But the biggest rainforest is the Amazon located in Brazil.
The rainforest has many species of animals and just some of them include small insect, many amphibians, tigers, leopards, and sloths.
The vegetation in the rainforest is very abundant, that is why the bottom of the trees are very dark due to all the shade being put out. The Amazon has 390 billion trees and 16,000 different species.
The average weather is very hot due to the rainforests being so close to the equator. Also rainforests are very humid for the same reason.
Rainforests get alot of rain (hint the name rainforest). They can get up to 225 mm of rain on average anually. The abundant rain is a tributing factor to the biome's humidity
