  • Newton's Law taxi service
  • Sir Isaac Newton was a scientist who invented 3 laws of motion.
  • The first law of motion is called inertia!
  • An object in motion stays in motion, an object at rest stays at rest unless an unbalanced force is acted upon, the first law of motion.
  • An example of inertia would be a car. A car will stay in park unless a force moves it.
  • The mass of the basketball and how hard you push the basketball causes more acceleration. This equals force.
  • Newton's second law is Mass times Acceleration equals Force (F=MxA)
  • Pushing an empty shopping cart is easier then pushing a full shopping cart because of the amount of force you use.
  • Newtons third law is known as action reaction the formula for this is p=mv
