  • Our meeting shall take place in Pennsylvania to discuss the issues and ideas of a new constitution.
  • Now the struggle for a better government begin to rise. An idea for a constitution was on the rise by the help of 5 "framers."
  • We should organized and met with more framers to set new foundations for a Constitution.
  • The Framers agreed to meet at Pennsylvania State House. They were present met until a "quorum"of the States was finally on hand.
  • Edmund Randolph:A national government ought to be establish of a supreme Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary powers.
  • The Virginia Plan, a call for a new government which is controlled by three branches. To represent the people.
  • Debates about how the Constitution should be set and how the government should run rose. Which set foundations for what our political laws are now.
  • The New Jersey Plan, all States are are equal in power. But limited powers to tax and regulate trade between States.
