  • can you please explain what rate of Change is?
  • Sure
  • Rate Of Change is basically another term for slope. the formula for rate of change is Y2-Y1 / X2-X1. You use rate of change on graphs and tables.
  • Is there anything else that i need to know.
  • Actually, yes there is. you need to know rate of change for graphs. And you also need to learn about intervals.
  • explain graphs please.
  • So for graphs they have diffrent rate of changes like a linear graph has a constant rate of change. Quadratic rate of change is not constant.
  • what are intervals.
  • Intervals are a set of real numbers with the property that any number that lies between two numbers in the set is also included in the set.
