The camera pans to the mailman walking up the Kids house and he scans a box. This shot would show an eye-level shot of the mailman than go into a close-up shot of the box. I want this to transition smoothly into the next shot of the Kid opening up the box.
This would show a low-angle shot of the kid on the stairs. It cuts to a birds-eye view of the top of the box revealing the Nike logo. There will be a glimmer of light coming from the box. He puts the shoes on with angelic music in the background.
He pulls up the court all hype. Beaming in his fresh kicks. He's about to shoot a shot it cuts to his face and his concentration and he goes for the shot and completely misses. He gets laughed at by the other teenagers playing basketball. They are laughing hysterically. The Kid is upset. He runs out the gym very uspet.
He's home from his incident at the basketball court frustrated and he plays basketball with the hoop on his door and he continues to miss, heavy, and then he throws the ball at the ground and he gets even more frustrated and gets salty and leaves.
This fades into this scene. He's back at the court practicing, he's even worse than before. He's getting laughed at by the same kid's he was before. There's a shot that looks like its about to go in but it just misses. This quickly cuts into the next scene.
This would be an eye-level shot. The Kid storms out of the gym. He's really salty and pouty. He yells out "I QUIT!". This then fades out into the ending credits.
