Ned is very knowledgable when it comes to the outdoors, nature and animals. He has plenty of experience when dealing with animals as he shows us around what he likes to call home.
Ned eventually comes across a Red Bellied Black Snake which he attempts to handle resulting with his arm being bitten. Luckily he knows Red Bellied Black Snakes venom will not kill you but may make you paralysed.
After we explore the nature side of things with Ned, we move to the coastline where we explore the typical Australian beach culture through the lifeguard Deano.
Deano's beach attracts visitors from all over the world. On a day to day basis he has to save many people and today he will be saving someone that came all the way from China. The language barrier Deano faces when communicating with the Chinese man ultimately ends up with the Chinese man walking straight back out into the rip he was just caught in instead of the flags.
Lastly, we travel to the streets of Mount Druitt were we see a father named Phill host a gathering of his friends for the NRL grand final.
When Phill goes to sit down and watch the footy, in the dying moments when the scores are tied up the TV switches off due to him not paying the electricity bill.
