  • On June 1945, the United States and the Soviet Union temporarily set aside. The Nation form the Union to protect the members against aggression. This all took place in New York. Which then took an assembly called "General Assembly".
  • Marshall Plan
  • March 5, 1946 a major goal of the Soviet Union was to shield itself from another invasion. It was a barrier to help divide  the Soviet and West. Communism that followed the political events in Eastern Europe. 
  • NATO Pact formed
  • The rule that the US thought to offer support to nations or people groups debilitated by Soviet powers or comrade uprising. To start with communicated in 1947 by US President Truman in a discourse to Congress looking for help for Greece and Turkey, the regulation was seen by the communists as an open announcement of the Cold War
  • Warsaw Pact Formed
  • In 1947, U.S. Secretary of State George Marshall recommended that the Assembled States offer guide to destitute European nations. This help program, called the Marshall Arrange , would give food, machinery , and different materials to reconstruct Western Europe.
  • Accordingly, in 1949, ten western European countries joined with the Assembled States and Canada to frame a cautious military cooperation. It was known as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
  • The Soviet Union considered NATO to be a danger and framed it's own particular partnership in 1955. It was known as the Warsaw Settlement and incorporated the Soviet Union, East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Albania.
