  • Tower of Babel Gn 11:1-32 By Joshua Hernandez
  • Everyone spoke the same language when world migrated east to settle in a valley in the land of Shina. Once they got there, they built a tower to attempt to reach heaven. Because of this, God gave them different languages and scattered them across the world. Everyone got to live hundreds of years old and have many daughters and sons.
  • "The whole world had the same language and the same words." Gn 11:1
  • We must reach Heaven!
  • I can't see anything from up here!
  • " 'Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the sky Gn 11:4
  • Quoi?
  • "Come let us go down there and confuse their language, so that no one will understand the speech of another." Gn 11:7
  • ماذا
  • Kodėl niekada nedarote patiekalų
  • A life lesson we can learn from this is the separation of people is not because of language but symbolized by it. We shouldn’t build up walls and shut others out, but we should build bridges and unite so we can try and do good in the world.
