The Scottish King Duncan hears the news about the generals, Macbeth and Banquo have defeated the armies from Ireland and Norway.
On their journey back from victory Macbeth and Banquo find three witches as they cross a moor. The witches had a prophesy that Macbeth will become thane of Cawdor and eventually become King of Scotland and that Banquo's will have sons that will have the chance of the becoming the king but not Banquo himself.
As the witches vanish Macbeth and Banquo are unsure of what had just happened and didn't believe what the witches had said, until some of the king's men approached Macbeth and Banquo to tell them the good news that Macbeth had been named thane of Cawdor.
Macbeth sends a letter to his wife to confront her that the he had met witches which had told him he will become the king of Scotland and that king Duncan will be dining with them that night to celebrate their victory.
Lady Macbeth has a plan to kill King Duncan that night in their castle and will blame it on the guards. Macbeth then starts to get illusions and visions of the bloody dagger. Duncan figure out what has happened and they flee the country to England and Ireland.
Duncan's son decides to make an army in England after the death of his brother and invade Macbeth. But on the battlefield Macbeth encounters that anyone who was of woman born cannot kill him, but Macduff was untimely ripped from his mother's womb, so he is able to kill Macbeth and so Macduff kills Macbeth and beheads him.
