Thomas Jefferson comes home from France. There's a committee meeting. Alexander gets out of hand towards Jefferson.
Act II Scenes 11-19
Cabinet Battle #2 was held. Jefferson and Hamilton can't agree on whether to send support to France during their revolution. Washington takes Hamiltons side in this argument.
Act II Scenes 20 and 22
Jefferson stepped down and so did Washington. Washington is stepping down from president and Jefferson is stepping down from his position in state to become president. John Adams defeats Jefferson in the running.
Act II Scene 23
The election of 1800 was a tie between Jefferson and Burr. Hamilton's vote was the tie breaker. Hamilton chose Jefferson, which automatically puts Jefferson as President and Burr is moved to Vice President.
After Burr asks for an apology from Hamilton for talking "bad" about him, they end up dueling because neither one would apologize. Hamilton shoots up in the air and Burr shoots Hamilton between the ribs. The doctor was unsuccessful in saving Hamilton and Hamilton dies.
Eliza tells about what Hamilton could have done if he was still alive and had more time. Eliza tells how she helped raise children in an orphanage and created the first orphanage in New York City.
