- Weeks after the mysterious infection rose wildly in Wisconsin, a group of people decide to investigate where the infection possibly originated from. Good news is some answers were verified. Bad news is hundreds of people were already infected.
- Types Of Enemies
- Cloaker: Can camouflage itself whenever it's engaging its enemy. Uses venom to paralyze and infect its enemies. After bit, they have limited time live before turning into a cannibal.
- Needler: Uses an armblade to impale its enemies up close or uses needles coming out its right arm as a projectile
- Whenever Jack and Lucy are in a safe place, they can romance each other to build up stamina and increase health with each other or alone.
- Usable Vehicles
- Cars, trucks, helicopters, boats, jet skis, and bicycles.
- Jack watched news reports with the remaining hospital staff in their hospital. While they reinforce their hideout, Jack goes out to locate the scientists and news reporters. Before he goes into the river, he is ambushed by a strange creature with super powers.
- Outfitting & Washing
- A list of special infected encounters throughout the game from chapters 2 to the end.
- Howler: Although they don't attack players, the howler alerts all cannibals to ambush the player and then ducks out of sight, whenever spots the player. If not killed soon enough, the howler will continue to alert more horde, until the player dies.
- Macro Squasher: A 30 foot, 300 pound monster, who walks slow but has the second highest health. The first being the final boss.
- Adheser: Can grab onto player and cause minor damage whenever it touches them.
- Something to get the player from one location to the next faster
- Depending on the circumstance, the cannibals sometimes spill their own fluid on the player. Whenever it touches the player, the outfit will reek with its stench. Sometimes your teammates may mistake you for an enemy, for your appearance. Players can wash their outfit in a launder matt or cleaners store. They can take shower too.
