- Sabrina Meets Gabe and Felicity
- Felicity and Gabe look over surveillance tapes to determine the location of her friend "Marina Ochoa". In the video, Marina mentioned to Douglass McLaren "Your thugs took me from Ecatepec and brought me to you just so you can grow your empire by prostituting me and that other girl Sabrina", Although they both know Sabrina and Marina may not be in St Louis Now, they both go to find whatever intel there is left.
- Felicity Reunites With Marina
- 27 minutes after searching around the St Louis warehouse, Felicity finds a note, left from Marina. "Felicity, It's been 7 years since we have heard from each other and I know you're worried sick about me. I am alright for now. If I were to escape from the Panamanian Cartel, I would hide in Orlando Florida. Sabrina said she would move back to her home somewhere in Des Moine, Iowa." Sabrina's address is written on the note.
- Dangerous Neighborhood In Mexico City
- After Sabrina meets Gabe and Felicity for the first time after asking about Marina, Sabrina revealed the Panamanian Cartel works with Franklin Anderson. Gabe became stunned and explained why Franklin is a dangerous foe. Since this moment, the entire game is centered around Gabe confronting Franklin. The 3 travel to Orlando to find Marina.
- Mansion Ambush
- After the 2 reunite, Felicity explains her story how the three manage to find her. After wards, Marina gives Gabe information who is the 507 Cartel Leader and how to confront them. Gabe goes to Mexico city, wearing an overcoat and a suit to hunt down Joaquin Paz. Stealth then action.
- A few hours after searching for Joaquin Paz, Gabe stumbles upon a dangerous neighborhood he decides to approach this mission with stealth, eventually making his way to his mansion.
- After Gabe eavesdrops of Joaquin's conversation about arms dealing between the, Zurich Cutthroat Squad, and Chechen Democratic Party. After noticing how organized the Cartel are, Gabe finally realizes where they got some of their resources from. One cartel member spot Gabe outside the room and is ambushed. Joaquin later dies in the firefight.
