- Logan & CBDC Infiltrates Panama
- Two Hangars Full of Arm Traffickers
- Mexican Owned Restaurant Financially Fueling 507 Cartel
- The main synopsis for Syphon Filter 5, taking place in the year 2000, is to find and eliminate Franklin Anderson. The 507 Cartel went below radar ever since Ezekiel was rescued by Gabe, and activities suspiciously and suddenly ceased. The Panamanian government and CIA requested Logan perfom recon and report all intel back to CIA headquarters.
- Gabe Calls Ezekiel To Know Anything About Cartel Financially Supported
- After hours of surveillance over Panama, CBDC agents spotted two hangars with heavy activity. One hargar has weapons and the other has ballistic armor and some type of intel. Stealth is a suggested approach. A second mission follows a truck leading to a cargo loading various shipments leading to Mexico.
- Gabe Finds A Local Informant
- One CBDC agent found intel revealing one of the most popular restaurant in Mexico is financially supporting the growth of the 507 Cartel. Agents investigate the owner of the restaurant and plan to interrogate whoever is behind all this.
- Gabe and Felicity Remain Friends
- Gabe meets Ezekiel in his home in Baltimore, Maryland. The two exchange information and suggested to seek a local informant. Ezekiel couldn't go because he is now working as a medicaid staff.
- The whole CBDC squad fly to Mexico city and starts speaking with the locals about this owned restaurant. One customer who goes there often reveals who the owner is and when she comes over. After hours of waiting for the owner "Felicity Suarez". Gabe has a brief private conversation with her. After explaining why Gabe is here, Felicity told Gabe "Our govt isn't doing a good job serving us, so we do whatever it takes to survive on our own."
- Felicity realized that being affiliated with the cartel is a crime but she also mentioned to him that she wanted to kill the Missouri drug lord that held her friend hostage, using money to take him out and help her community live a more lavish crime free lifestyle. She soon runs for government and fixes her problems. The cartels would have killed felicity if she didn't financially supply them.
